Service Advisor 2025.1 freezing

I'm having a problem with the new John Deere Service Advisor 2025.1 while working on my Gator XUV835M. I changed the throttle sensor and tried to run a check, but the software gets stuck on the "ECU Communication" part. It doesn't show an error, it just keeps loading forever.

I tried unplugging and plugging back in, restarting my laptop, and using a different USB cable, but nothing works. Has anyone else had this happen with the 835M or this version of the software? Thanks everyone!

Huh, thats weird. I haven’t run into that exact issue with the 835M, but i've seen the Service Advisor get stuck like that on other models sometimes. Did you happen to check if the ECU firmware is fully up to date? Sometimes a mismatch can cause the software to hang without throwing an error.

I know it's going to sound stupid, but you might check the connection or try with a different cable.
