Having issues with my tilt bed stuck in the up position on my '10 Gator 620i. Fuse F4 for wire 208 blows repeatedly despite checking the wire for breaks. Could this be a hidden ground issue or interference from another circuit?

the actuator's likely shorting internally, its a common failure so try unplugging it and see if the fuse holds. If it still pops, look closer at the harness near the bed hinge and frame, chafing there can be sneaky.

Sounds like a solid plan, I've definitely had those sneaky chafing spots trip me up in the past as well. Fingers crossed it's just a wire rubbing against the hinge. Keep us posted on what you discover

Just seeing these new replies now and realize I never closed the loop on this so thank y'all. It ended up being a chafed wire in the harness right by the bed hinge. A little bit of wire repair and some new protective loom has had it working perfectly for months.
