defective belt?

How do I fix a defective belt on my 2017 825i Gator?
For the past week, I've been hearing squeaking sounds.
Yesterday, my Gator had a hard time going into a full stop.
With these two issues, I suspect it has something to do with the belt but I don't know how to fix it? Any ideas?

Looks like the belt on your 825i has seen better days.The squeaking and stopping problems are a clear sign.You shuold check for any glazing or wear and if it looks bad it's best to replace it.A quick clean might help for the moment but a new belt is probably the way to go

Aside from some wear or cracks, look out for missing chunks or small debris like small rocks or twigs when you inspect your belt!
But anyway, I agree with @AlleyGator that replacing the belt is the proper fix.
There should be some available at your local dealer or an aftermarket parts supplier.

Do check the drive belt for wear or glazing, because squeaking and poor stopping might mean it's slipping. Do replace with OEM or if not, use a high quality aftermarket! And make sure you got the correct tension after.

Sounds like a worn CVT belt. I'd pull the cover, check for glazing or fraying, and swap it if it's bad. Quick job with basic tools.

It seems like you might be dealing with a glazed or worn-out belt. I'd suggest taking off the CVT cover to inspect it for any shine, cracks, or fraying.If it looks bad, it's definitely time to replace it. While you're at it, make sure to check the clutches too. A faulty belt can definitley cause those symptoms. By the way, how many hours have you put on it?

I guess you have to wear your prescription lenses to thoroughly check the belt for wear, cracks, or even glazing. Remove the belt cover then inspect the clutch area. If anything clean out debris, and if loose you better use OEM replacement.
