Installed turn signals on my 835E but the flasher switch activates the headlights. The front signal harness also includes headlamp plugs that don't work with my setup. Any of you experienced this issue or found a solution?

try to double check your wiring diagram, man. Could be a simple misconnect
Hey thanks for this. Took a deep dive into the wiring diagram and there was indeed a misconnection causing the flasher switch to activate the headlights. After sorting that out, the turn signals are working properly now. If anyone runs into this issue, inspecting the harness connections could save you some time!

Oh, glad it worked out for you! Have a good run on your Gator :)

I agree, this sounds like a wiring mix up or a grounding issue with your aftermarket kit! OP needs to check the correct power and ground wires for just the turn signals on your Gator, separate from the headlamp circuit.
he need to splice directly into the correct turn signal wires (usually separate from headlight power) rather than using the provided "headlamp plugs" if they're not compatible
