need to replace the shocks

all 4 shocks on my 4x2 are shot so I need to replace them and my question is would I stick with oem or go aftermarket? Also, how much should I be looking to pay for them? I can change them myself, so I'll be paying $0 for labor. Well it would cost me maybe a six pack for me

I'd go with this one. The aftermarket ones are half the price, but it doesn't mean the oem shocks will last twice as long, so it's a nice balance

I think there's nothing wrong with aftermarket if you're handy and believe the benefits outweigh the costs. I swapped mine out last year for half the price and they've held up fine. Save the OEM cash for tires or beer.
